Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Buba account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@buba.app from the address linked to your Buba account.
2. Include the subject line: "Data deletion request".
3. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.

What is deleted

Upon confirmation, we delete account profile data and associated practice history stored in our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
